The Graphic Design/Digital Media Assistant is responsible for assisting with graphic design, desktop publishing, social media content creation and management, photography, videography, and video editing.Salary: Appropriate step placement on the ACCS salary schedule H20, grade 03: $21,120 - $25,497Work Hours: 20 hours between the hours of 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Monday through ThursdayApplicants must meet the minimum qualifications and must submit a complete application packet through the on-line application system to be considered. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Interpret written and verbal instructions into visual form, create artwork and improve provided art, prepare storyboarding, and arrange graphic elements.Design and produce graphics, flyers, booklets, programs, brochures, business cards, letterheads, event invitations, print/web ads, web banners, digital graphics, and other collateral and specialty projects as assigned.Create, develop and upload engaging social media content on the college’s social media platforms.Monitor social media accounts daily and provide reports on social media insights and provide suggestions for increasing engagement. Assist with photography, videography, recording, and video editing of content for distribution for promotional and educational purposes.Design presentations upon request. Perform all duties with professionalism.Perform other duties as assigned.
