Job Duties:
- Determines the objectives and constraints of a design campaign.
- Determines the audience and goals of a design campaign.
- Researches and analyzes communication requirements for a design campaign.
- Negotiates design solutions with management and program staff.
- Formulates design concepts.
- Prepares sketches, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts.
- Designs complex graphics and animation to satisfy functional, aesthetic, and creative requirements of a design campaign.
- Creates two-dimensional and three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process, using computer animation or modeling programs.
- Creates visual content for websites and social media.
- Creates and executes content outreach strategies to ensure maximum participation and awareness.
- Supervises or carry out production of design in chosen medium.
- Evaluates and summarizes effectiveness of a design campaign.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
