Responsibilities and Impact:
Owns the L&D strategy for Sales & Professional Skills and delivers results that align to Market Intelligence’s business objectives
Plays a major role in our Sales team’s success by designing onboarding and continuing education programs to ensure our Sales professionals are confidently positioning Market Intelligence’s solutions in a consultative and diagnostic manner with our clients
Leads a global team of Education Specialists responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of ‘soft skills’ programming that is tailored for the client segments and geographies we serve, and plays an active role in delivering courses and coaching high performers
Responds to dynamic market events by routinely undertaking learning needs analyses for key stakeholder groups, articulating strategic learning needs, and translating these needs into learning opportunities
Builds strong and trusted working relationships with business leaders and their teams, and leads programs that engage and develop both newer and tenured Sales Reps
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $107,110 to $210,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Instructional design experience including e-learning and blended learning
Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and ability to build practical, applicable, and results-driven learning programs
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work in a matrix environment and influence / lead others without authority
Excellent communicator and facilitator. Possesses gravitas when engaging with senior leaders and can motivate and inspire the learner by simplifying the complex and making learning relevant and engaging
