As a Digital Marketing Manager, you create chemistry by…

  • Applying a targeted, audience-centric approach to develop and implement digital campaigns across the buying journey to drive awareness, create demand and foster customer retention.
  • Understanding the marketing technologies that will enable the Pharma Solutions business to develop personalized cutting-edge digital marketing at scale (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, social tracking tools, web analytics, AI, etc.)
  • Being the liaison for all global digital initiatives and tools, interfacing with regional and global stakeholders including Sales, Technical Marketing, Technical Service, Product Management and Senior Leadership in order to accomplish global objectives and acting as an advisor and digital expert to the organization.
  • Evaluating and recommending opportunities to expand digital solutions and business models, as well as evaluating opportunities to leverage e-commerce platforms as part of the overall digital landscape.
  • Partnering with multiple stakeholders to develop, execute and monitor high impact digital campaigns as part of an integrated marketing communications approach to increase customer reach and customer engagement, generate and convert leads to opportunities and strengthen our brand awareness and position.
  • Establishing and tracking campaign objectives, KPIs and success metrics to monitor and evaluate effectiveness and overall performance, adjust tactics as needed and successfully convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Leading the development of customer engagement and lead nurture programs and e-mail marketing, including drip campaigns, event marketing and other lead generation activities for Pharma Solutions.
  • Owning the strategy development and execution of the digital experience for Pharma Solutions customers.
