Description:
TriLink BioTechnologies, a Maravai LifeSciences company, is looking for a Global Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team! The Global Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy and executing key marketing campaigns with our global channel partners to drive revenue growth for the TriLink portfolio. This newly created position is accountable for managing the marketing relationship with TriLink’s global channel partners in Europe and Asia Pacific and for creating, driving, and measuring marketing plans to maximize revenue potential. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of TriLink Marketing, this candidate will collaborate with our commercial and global marketing teams, along with local marketing agencies to deliver on revenue goals and identify opportunities for additional growth in strategic regions and countries.
Description of Duties:
- Collaborate with TriLink commercial and marketing teams to understand business requirements and drive quarterly/yearly plans
- Create and deliver a comprehensive distributor marketing plan to identify and drive revenue for TriLink products and services
- Set quarterly goals to measure success of the distribution marketing relationships
- Provide input for quarterly business reviews with distribution partners and TriLink commercial/marketing leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to drive company messages through reseller partners to the target end users
- Provide product messaging and content for partner-driven collateral and other communication vehicles
- Provide regular content for partner communication vehicles on new campaigns, promotions, product launches, training and incentives
- Be the single point of contact for all marketing inquiries for channel partners
- Lead a cross-functional team to support partner programs
- Identifies new business and revenue opportunities with partner accounts
- Explore partners in-house promotional vehicles
- Manage field-based programs with regional TriLink sales (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, association participation, etc) and all lead gen programs with partner accounts
- Perform other functions and duties as required
Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with focus in business, science, or a related field
- 4+ years of marketing or sales in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Life Science industry
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary functions which may include Finance, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
- Technical skill and experience in nucleic acid products or services preferred
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate channel partners and effectively engage with customers
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with a desire to help teams get to clarity
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English required
- Located in US (ideally east coast time zone) or Europe. Experience working across multiple time zones preferred
- Ability to travel internationally, 25-50%
