Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Work alongside the Global Account Director to align regional strategies into a cohesive global plan that drives success across multiple product lines.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers within our client’s organization, acting as their go-to advisor.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day activities, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Innovation & Growth: Guide clients on best practices for leveraging our products, driving adoption, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

  • Proven Expertise: Experience in product, account, or relationship management within European or international markets.
