Genesys Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Genesys reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to reporting.
• Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure high-quality data.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys reporting tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Genesys reporting technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in reporting and data analysis, with a focus on the Genesys platform.
• Proficiency in Genesys reporting tools (e.g., Interactive Insights, GAX, ICON).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
