Columbia Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven General Manager to lead operations at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa. This luxury waterfront resort spans 85 acres, featuring three swimming pools, six dining outlets, a full-service spa, and a health club.

As the Resort Leader, the General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing daily resort operations with a hands-on leadership style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team

• Enhance service, cleanliness, food quality, and resort maintenance

• Address and resolve guest concerns efficiently

• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent

• Monitor and manage labor costs daily

• Collaborate with Sales, Catering, and Revenue Management teams to increase profitability

• Uphold safety and compliance standards

• Foster a culture of excellence and engagement through "managing by walking"
