Description:
As the Texas General Manager, you'll play a vital role in our success. You'll oversee the operations of ten locations and collaborate with a talented team of 375+ individuals, including branch managers and the Vice President of Sales. You'll report directly to the President of our West Region, ensuring our Texas strategy aligns with our overall goals. You can be based in Houston or Fort Worth, Texas. Relocation is available.

You will~
- Develop and execute strategic plans~ Set goals, drive growth, and foster a best-in-class workplace culture across your region, building a foundation for growth.
- Operational Excellence~ Ensure safety, compliance, and profitability across all sites, facility transitions, and acquisitions.
- Sales~ Lead the sales team to achieve revenue & profitability targets, exceed customer expectations, and optimize profitability. Forecast & develop branch sales quotas, including project sales volume & profits. Prioritize resources against the most significant commercial opportunities.
You have~
- Proven track record~ 10+ years of experience with P&L management, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or route-based services.
- Distribution Expertise~ Strong knowledge of customer service, warehouse operations, and other essential distribution functions.
- Results-oriented~ Passionate about exceeding goals and driving results.
