Description:
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Analyzing the different aspects and objectives of the game and communicating them clearly to and across multiple creative teams.
- Developing and implementing a global vision and creative foundations for the game (visual effects, theme, context, gameplay, etc...) that is in line with the overall larger franchise vision for the product.
- Driving creative during the development pitch process at key greenlight phases and presenting the creative vision to key stakeholders.
- Participating in project follow-up meetings at all phases (pre-production, production, live).
- Writing clear documentation including required visual references.
- Managing the creative team (artists, designers, musicians, narrative designers...), and supervising the work of the development team to ensure that the creative vision of the project is integrated into all aspects of production (artistic, design, programming).
- Interacting with publishing teams to develop production, marketing, and PR plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years experience in game development, with 5+ years experience in leadership/management roles.
- Direct development or publishing experience through all phases of development (concept, pitch, production, launch, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across both development and publishing divisions.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude toward teams and tasks.
