Our medspa is dedicated to providing exceptional services in a friendly and professional environment. We pride ourselves on our patient care and the expertise of our staff. We seek a dynamic and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities: (not limited to)
Welcome and check-in/outpatients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage a busy multi-phone line and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Ensure all patients have completed the correct medical forms prior to their appointments.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating Botox parties.
Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
Provide support to patients and providers to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred, ideally in a medical, hospitality, or spa environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility with hours, including availability to work two Saturdays per month.
