About Us: Frisco Community Tennis was awarded a partnership with the City of Frisco. We manage all the tennis courts within the city, including the Frisco ISD courts. We offer programs for players of all skill levels, adult classes, and a court reservation system, as well as UTR tournaments and monthly events for the community.

Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Frisco Community Tennis. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Phone and Email Management: Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our programs and services.
  • Program Registration: Assisting individuals with program registrations to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Sales: Managing sales at our on-site shop, helping customers find the tennis equipment and merchandise they need, and processing payments.
  • General Administration: Performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the front desk.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tennis knowledge or interest is a bonus but not required.
