Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and quantify economic damages, commercial litigation and remedies
- Create high quality Expert Reports
- Make strategic recommendations, identify issues, and communicate with the client and project team on the direction of the case.
- Participate regularly Business Development and Networking opportunities in the local Dallas Area
- Direct, review, and provide feedback on the work product and analyses of junior team members.
- Communicate and lead meetings with counsel, clients, or other experts.
- Prepare the testifying expert for deposition and trials.
- Perform business development activities.
- Deliver trainings and develop colleagues.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- A degree in a quantitative subject such as accounting, finance, economics, or business/management.
- Minimum of 8 years of prior Forensic Accounting experience.
- 3+ Years specifically focused in Valuation, Economic/Commercial Damages, and Litigation Support.
- Experience and serious interest in supporting the business development and networking efforts.
- One or more accounting or professional credentials (CPA, CFE, CFA, CLP)
- Expert Testimony Experience highly preferred
- Experience managing and staffing a team.
