Regularly track production workload and work plans.
Monitor the movement of inventory and orders on the conveyor system and other warehouse automation using the warehouse management system software, warehouse control systems software, SCADA, Power BI, camera system, and other tools within the Distribution Center.
Adhere to and enforce operations policies while encouraging best practices.
Following established workflow processes and production rates, liaise with Operations leadership to distribute and balance labor across various fulfillment areas to meet production goals and service level requirements to ensure order fulfillment is completed on time.
Efficiently respond and react to any operational callouts, error notifications, blockages, alarms and warnings to maintain required flow, including coordinating resources to handle any problems that may occur in the day-to-day operations. Escalate problem situations as required.
Perform production assessments to proactively identify any issues in the production flow.
Effectively oversee cross-functional collaborations and provide effective communication to all parties, including Operations floor leadership and Maintenance.
Write an end of shift report.
High school diploma with some college education

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel—advanced knowledge of Excel is desired, including use of pivot tables.
