Description:
What you’ll do:
Manage and monitor operational systems on a day to day basis for contracts and commissions.
Assist with definition of ongoing product roadmap working with business stakeholders and drive operational efficiencies.
Partner with technology teams for integrations to build out scalable end to end processes.
Partner with data analytics and reporting teams to develop reporting infrastructure to support operations.
Use insights from reporting to help the business teams scale and build efficiencies into their processes.
Work very closely in ORACLE (must have experience)
Working on operational support in Ironclad
Working in integrations of Ironclad with other systems
Writing complex rules by using programming logic in Ironclad
What we’re looking for:
Experience in implementation and maintenance of cross functional systems for operations in areas such as procurement, contracts, commissions or other financial systems. Experience with Oracle i-procurement, Ironclad, and SAP Commissions(Callidus) or similar systems/cloud applications preferred.
Consulting experience providing system implementation services is a plus
Business analysis, programming background in any language and experience working with diverse cross functional stakeholders.
Strong process knowledge and functional expertise.
Ability to work with integration and data teams in terms of providing requirements, design, development and testing of end to end solutions.
7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar function or role
