Financial Reporting And Consolidations Manager

We are looking to fill a Financial Reporting and Consolidations Manager role with a well-known company in Irving. This position will report directly to the Controller with a dotted line to the VP of Finance. This position will have exposure to senior leadership and offers an opportunity for upward mobility. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both public accounting and industry experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft technical accounting policies when required for new and changing situations
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements including inter-company eliminations and adjustments
  • Prepare entity level financial statements on a monthly basis
  • Assist with the coordination, preparation, and reporting for the annual budget
  • Prepare quarterly bank compliance certificate and update related bank covenants
  • Prepare for and support year-end financial statement audit activities
  • Ensures financial statements comply with US GAAP

 

Experience:

  • BBA in Accounting or Finance CPA required
  • Experience in public accounting required
  • Strong Technical knowledge of GAAP.
  • Foreign currency experience is a plus
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel - Strong financial modeling is a big plus
