The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Department within Worldwide Finance is predominately responsible for financial planning, Corporate Management reporting and projects that support financial processes across the organization. Reporting to the EVP, Corporate FP&A, the Senior Vice President, FP&A will be based in Purchase and is responsible for leading the Planning, Forecasting, Driver Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, FP&A Projects, and Revenue Assurance functions.
This highly visible role has direct interaction with the CEO, CFO, Investor’s Relations & Controllers teams, business unit & region CFOs and Financial Planning teams.

Role:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Board, Executive and Operating Committee presentations
  • Manage annual planning and budget processes, forecasting as well as Long Term Strategic planning
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance of the company including monthly variances against forecast & budget, opportunities & risk operational & business metrics.
  • Lead and develop a high performing finance team
  • Partner with Investor Relations to support analysis for quarterly earnings call and external analyst meetings
  • Partner with regional and business unit finance departments to understand business drivers and identify opportunities to drive growth
  • Support decision making process for leadership team by providing forward looking analysis and insights including “what if” scenarios
  • Provide thought leadership on the continuous evolving and improvements of the finance planning, forecasting, competitive Intelligence and revenue assurance functions across the entire company
  • Lead the revenue assurance work for the company
  • Drive thought leadership on FP&A infrastructure including on P&L governance
  • Drive automation and simplification of forecasting and budgeting process
  • Drive standardization of management reporting across the organization
  • Support CFO on special projects
  • Manage & support CEO reviews


All About You:

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Previous experience in FP&A is required
  • Experience in leading a team, conducting goal setting and performance appraisal processes, and coaching and developing employees
  • Demonstrated leadership & ability to manage complexity & conflicting priorities under tight timelines
  • Highly collaborative and influential leader with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) in data compilation, aggregation and modeling is required
  • Knowledge of payments, financial services & related areas a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Some travel required
