Corporate Coffee Systems, a leading provider of workplace breakroom solutions in the tri-state area, is looking for a Financial Controller (Part-Time) to oversee financial strategy and support executive decision-making. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
π Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
π Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and discuss growth opportunities with the CEO.
π° Monitor and implement price adjustments to improve profitability and market positioning.
π¦ Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable.
π Oversee sales tax calculations and filings with the CPA.
π Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and cost control.
π Generate financial reports for purchasing decisions and cost analysis.
πΌ Advise on accounts receivable processes and financial reporting best practices.
β 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
β Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
β Strong analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.
β Experience in A/P processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
β Proficiency in financial software & Microsoft Excel.
β Detail-oriented & process-driven mindset.
