• Sits in the Capital Markets group – team’s focus (and this role’s) is building the Calculators
• More on the FA side than BA; this person won’t be gathering requirements themselves
• Needs someone with financial acumen, ideally Capital Markets specifically
• Should have strong SQL skills and the ability to read Python
• If someone hasn’t built a calculator that is okay but should understand the concept
