Chewy is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team at our headquarters in Plantation, FL. This is a key position on the team situated within the Corporate Planning function, where the candidate will be responsible for supporting the corporate budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, including implementing enhancements to the company’s Long-Term Corporate Model (LTCM). The candidate will also prepare supporting documents and analysis for the CFO, VP Finance and other Finance teams as required.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of the corporate budget, forecast and long-term outlook, including identifying and quantifying the risks and opportunities facing the business
- Maintain and enhance financial models and supporting schedules on a monthly basis, driving improvements to budgeting and forecasting accuracy
- Support the production of materials for C-suite, investor relations, analysts and Board of Directors, including written documents
- Collaborate cross functionally with business partners (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Pharmacy, Business Intelligence) to enhance forecasting accuracy and to improve budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the leadership teams
- Extract and analyze data from central databases using Hyperion, SQL and Tableau
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years relevant finance experience with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis and with leading projects
- Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (Excel/PowerPoint dashboards, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills using advanced Excel functions (i.e. VLOOKUP/Index Match, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as your key contacts will be the senior leadership team (CEO, CFO, VP Finance, Sr Directors)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with rapidly changing operating conditions, while still delivering to expectations
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
- Proactive with solving problems and innovative in finding solutions
