Responsibilities: Maintain Records Of The Town, Including The Town Budget, Ordinances, Required Governmental Reporting, And Contracts. Responsible For Keeping Town Records Of Official Proceedings, Performing Other Clerical Duties As Assigned And Making Recommendations To The Town Board. Responsible For Overall Finance/budget Operations For The Town, Including Payroll, Receivables/payables, Check Processing, And Supporting The Annual Audit.
