Finance Manager

WHATYOU WILL BE DOING:

• Budgeting and Cost Management:
  • Lead the preparation of budgets and plant costs.
  • Review budget proposals and prepare supporting documentation and justifications.
  • Coordinate the annual strategic and financial planning process, tracking results against forecasts.
• Forecasting and Financial Planning:
  • Manage monthly and quarterly forecasts, aligning with overall business projections.
  • Monitor operating expense budgets and working capital metrics.
  • Evaluate and track continuous improvement and capital expense projects.
• Financial Control and Compliance:
  • Ensure balance sheet control and reconciliations, addressing any external audit evaluations.
  • Own the monthly financial closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Oversee facility compliance with internal control policies.
• Team Management and Development:
  • Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports in finance, accounting, AP/AR.
  • Foster positive business relationships, establishing trust with Leadership Team and Finance Associates.
