Finance Associate Attorney

A top ranked law firm is seeking an experienced Finance Associate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join their dynamic and rapidly growing Finance practice. This is a lender-side finance practice, and represents top-tier clients in the industry. This dedicated team is widely recognized by their peers, and is Chambers ranked Band One. The group employs a unique staffing model to ensure an even distribution of work while providing substantial opportunities for growth, development and client interaction. Given the growth and scale of the practice, numerous opportunities exist for promotion, secondments and in-house placements. The hired Finance Associate Attorney must have a strong understanding of leveraged finance and a mastery of core and ancillary documents. Preferred candidates would have at least 4 years of large law firm finance experience counseling a variety of lenders in mid and upper market club and syndicated transactions. Starting salary range has not yet been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range, excellent benefits and generous bonus structure.
