Finance And Accounting Manager

Description:

The Finance and Accounting Manager will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, modeling, and analytics, while assisting with core accounting functions such as reconciliations and month-end close. This position will collaborate regularly with the accounting and finance teams, as well as the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute financial planning and analysis efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

2. Develop and enhance complex financial models to support business decision-making.

3. Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Assist in month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and revenue recognition.

5. Partner with the vice president of accounting and finance to analyze financial performance and identify areas for efficiency improvements.

6. Support intracompany accounting across multiple legal entities.

7. Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. 8-15 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate accounting.

2. Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.

3. Proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics).

4. Experience with GAAP, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
