Responsibilities
Assist clients in the effective use of machinery for production purposes:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machinery-related issues,
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and output,
- Conduct training sessions for clients on machinery operation and maintenance.
Qualifcations
- 5+ Years of machine maintenance experience including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and maintaining various systems
- A good understanding of electrical systems to include 480 volt and below including various control voltage
- Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure
- Associate degree or similar level of experience
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- strong customer service, interpersonal skills
- Fast-thinking, pro-active and self-sufficient
- ability to carry up to 50 pounds (tool box or parts) up to 50 feet
- Attention to detail and quality
- This position is 3rd shift Hours 10:30pm - 7am
