Field Service Representative

The Field Service Representative oversees the installation and ongoing support of advanced air pollution control systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, an effective communicator, and passionate about environmental solutions. With a commitment to quality and hands-on service, the Field Service Representative plays a crucial role in our mission to advance sustainable, clean technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Develop project schedules, answer technical questions, and support clients during equipment installation.
  • Equipment Installation: Conduct field inspections and tests to ensure installations meet P&ID, electrical, and mechanical specifications.
  • Product Commissioning: Commission and service air pollution control products, providing hands-on operator training.
  • Site Management: Supervise subcontractors as needed and troubleshoot critical equipment to improve performance.
  • Technical Support: Offer expert assistance via onsite service calls or phone support.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: A 2-year degree (4 years preferred) in a related field and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work independently.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel extensively across North America and worldwide as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Independent thinker who can analyze, prioritize, and adapt to diverse situations with forward-thinking solutions.
