What You Will Be Doing
- On-site service/field support including troubleshooting, burner air: fuel ratio tuning, safety evaluations all while delivering an exceptional customer experience (from your first service to your last!)
- Assembly and installation of burner management control panels and fuel trains.
- Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customers technical support needs.
- Design/engineering of new systems or system upgrades which will improve safety, efficiency and product quality.
- Additional duties as assigned such as working in the shop and office as needed.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree in engineering. ( EE, ME, MET ) Associates degree is acceptable.
- Electrical knowledge - able to follow electrical schematics, basic electricity, power wiring.
- Strong mechanical ability - knowledge of any mechanical machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; you may not be a master but youre on!
- Experience with electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Industrial certifications and training a plus!
- You exhibit stellar math, troubleshooting, organizational & general computer skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Youre an All-Star communicator (written and verbal), with the ability to interact well with others (no zombies please!).
- You get excited about taking in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- You have an outgoing, positive, team spirited, one-for-all personality.
