Responsibilities
Assist Sales Representatives in gaining or losing customers
Make financial decisions regarding project proposals, by partnering with engineering to review cost design
Ensure change orders are processed for any project
Assist with complex customer complaints
Partner with account collections to make sure payments are received in a timely manner
Analyze customer forecasts to ensure accuracy and work closely with BrandSafway team to improve forecast accuracy and compliance.
Provide timely, accurate and detailed forecast concern communications to customers and sales team
Work closely with regional sales manager and regional operations director to manage to drive focus on sales growth and efficiency opportunities
Manage customer accounts
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred.
The ideal candidate will have forming and shoring knowledge of materials and build needs.
Must have an interest in sales and want to move into a sales role one day.
Candidate must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam® and Outlook.
Successful candidate will have a broad understanding of concrete construction methods, forming and shoring equipment and assembly, and posses a positive customer facing demeanor.
Candidate must also have a valid US State Drivers License, and be able to pass a drug screen.
