Description:
Ladris Technologies Inc., a leader in AI-driven climate risk solutions, is looking for a practical, results-driven Field Operator for Sales & Customer Success. This role combines pre-sales support and customer success activities, focusing on engaging potential customers, running demos, and ensuring successful deployment of our solutions. A key part of this role is designing and executing comprehensive drills with current and future customers. If you're good at building relationships, leading events, and working with emergency managers and government agencies, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Field Deployment:
- Travel to customer sites to provide hands-on support and ensure successful deployment of our solutions.
- Lead in-person engagements and training sessions, building strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Sales Support:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce them to Ladris Technologies' solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Assist in developing and delivering effective sales presentations.
- Gather and document customer requirements to support the sales team in creating tailored proposals.
- Support the sales team in managing and progressing leads through the sales pipeline.
Customer Success:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide on-site support to customers, assisting with the integration and utilization of our AI-driven tools.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and lead comprehensive drills to educate customers on best practices for using Ladris Technologies' products.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Monitor customer success metrics and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Professional:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales support, customer success, or related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience leading large events, trainings, and organizing people, especially in designing and executing drills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Experience in the technology or AI-driven solutions space is a plus.
