Description:
In this role you will manage an assigned territory ranging from NJ south to SC and can work anywhere within this region. This will include representing wood products within the new home, multi-family and commercial construction markets. As the Field Marketing Manager you will be both a technical resource and product expert in your territory along with growing relationships with key customers and developing a marketing plan for the assigned territory.Here’s What You’ll Do:Establish and maintain relationships with key builder yard customersQuickly respond to customer and key stakeholder inquiresGather and analyze product usage, trends, and competitive threats in territoryNetworking - establish relationships within Home Building AssociationsPresentations - Present key messaging as part of promoting value added productsPromoting new and existing products to builder yards and buildersResolving customer complaints and/or claimsAttending regional and national trade shows and association meetingsHere’s What You’ll Need:Post-Secondary education in a related field, preferably in engineering, design and/or business degreeStrong technical knowledge of construction and wood product applicationMust possess a valid driver's licenseKnowledge of wood construction and building materialsWhat will make you stand out:PlanningAnalyticInterpersonal SkillsCustomer ServiceAbility to set goalsMotivated- Ability to work independently and self-motivatedThe highly competitive compensation package and outstanding benefits include
