Successful Candidates Must Have The Following Qualifications
 

• Demonstrated knowledge of statistics, Algebra, and English coursework
• Proven track record to accurately read and interpret verbal and written instructions to improve area efficiency
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel
• Proven ability to effectively type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• The willingness and ability to work any shift, which includes weekends, nights, and holidays
• Validated time management and prioritization skills
• Basic understanding of SPC principles
• Proven ability to troubleshoot basic problems and identify and resolve root causes
• Ability to recognize performance gaps and identify steps to improve
   

Education
 

• Required: Two year Associates Degree or higher or equivalent military training and experience
