Description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: development and delivery of multi-faceted programmatic activities with local, state, regional, and national impact; developing and implementing financial, coastal comprehensive management, monitoring, restoration, conservation, and quality management plans; developing and implementing externally-funded grant projects that address the plans; coordinating and participating in multiple advisory committees; formulating strategic objectives and implementation plans to accomplish the work; assisting with budget management; leading and providing support for science coordination, monitoring, and data gathering activities; and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the assessment and analytical techniques, and skills required to develop and deliver a research program to fulfill job responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with major course work in a curriculum appropriate for the field of assignment.
Rank and Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
