Experienced Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of personal injury law and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with all parties involved in case management and trial preparation.

· Experience from a litigation law firm.

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.

· Proficiency in case analysis and writing, case management software and MS Office Suite.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability to track and meet critical deadlines.

General Responsibilities include:

• Direct communication with our clients.
• Gather and summarize medical records, bills, accident reports, interview clients and witnesses.
• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing of pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and facilitate client medical care and maintain client information.
• Maintain accurate and timely communication with all parties related to ongoing cases.
• Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Professional communication with all parties involved in client representation including office staff.
