- Enablement of pre-defined Integration Center Integration Templates for Employee Data covering core data plus hire (onboarding) and termination (offboarding/exit) events.
- File based integration for Employee Central and Qualtrics Employee Directory
- Qualtrics directory import automation setup
- Enablement of pre-defined Employee Lifecycle Onboarding Project
- Onboarding Survey Template
- Onboarding Participant Automation
- Onboarding Message Automation
- High Level and Detailed Onboarding Dashboards
- Enablement of pre-defined Employee Lifecycle Exit Project o Exit Survey Template
- Exit Participant Automation
- Exit Message Automation
- High Level and Detailed Exit Dashboards
Qualtrics Engagement
- One (1) Survey: up to sixty (60) questions with up to 2 hierarchies to support a broad-reaching, organizational initiative (e.g., engagement) to gain consensus-level insight on a long-term cycle determined by the organization (e.g., annual).
- Dashboard: up to thirty (30) widgets
- Survey Results and Recommendations will be based on responses collected by agreed upon time.
- Additional responses collected after agreed up time can be reviewed, but advisory services need to be purchased to help with additional analysis
- Survey and Dashboard build in English, 3 days/week for a total of 20 days. Remote
