Description:
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, including coordinating product demos and presentations.

- Collaborate with other Sales Referral Agents to ensure no duplication of efforts, company standards are being upheld and quotas are being met.
Skills/Qualifications for Success
- Be a tenured Sales Executive with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Have a solid reputation of integrity with your customers, both internal and external
- Ability to Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Must possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to coordinate demos and handle objections.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
