Executive Operations, Office of the CEO Responsibilities:
Work across teams to draft and prepare briefings and design workback plans for meetings with partners and key leaders
Support message development for internal and external engagements
Support external relationship management for the CEO and maintain tools and systems to coordinate and track the CEO’s engagements with internal and external stakeholders across teams and time zones
Coordinate pre-read materials and staff meetings for internal engagements
Drive progress on priority workstreams, build decision-making frameworks, manage deliverables, and coordinate follow-ups
Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, logistics and travel advance within the CEO’s office, as well as with internal teams to drive company-wide touch-points and processes, including internal communications (Q&A, All-Hands, posts and emails)
Support daily operations and partner with Executive Admin and Ops
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
12+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, strategy and operations, or research
Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company
Experience working in a highly cross-functional, team environment
Experience building presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines, shifting priorities, and acting proactively
Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
