Description:
The Director of Services is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service delivery within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of developmental disabilities, aging services, home healthcare, and case management. The Director of Services will provide strategic direction, leadership, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality care and support to clients.
Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Strategic Planning
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the services team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, improve client outcomes, and drive long-term growth for the organization.
2. Program Management
- Oversee all aspects of program management, including intake, admissions, individualized care planning, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in case management and related fields.
3. Case Management
- Utilize a comprehensive approach to case management, including assessment, planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
4. Sales and Marketing
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote Access Safe Care's services and expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
5. Training and Development
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in case management and related areas.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in case management, preferably in settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities, aging services, or home healthcare needs.
- Strong understanding of case management principles, practices, and standards, with a focus on client-centered care.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for clients.
