Description:
As an Executive Director - Private Banker, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personalized financial solutions, including investment strategies, credit services, and estate planning, to meet the unique needs of each client. You will leverage your expertise in wealth management to provide exceptional service and maintain long-term relationships with your clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with UHNW clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
2. Customized Financial Solutions:
Analyze clients' financial situations and goals to provide tailored investment, credit, and wealth management solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial strategies, including estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
3. Investment Advisory:
Provide expert advice on investment opportunities and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with clients' risk tolerance and objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer relevant and timely advice.
4. Service Excellence:
Ensure high-quality service delivery by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and add value.
5. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UHNW segment to expand the client base and increase assets under management.
Leverage existing networks and client referrals to generate new leads.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to wealth management and client interactions.
Monitor and manage potential risks associated with clients' financial activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field, with a focus on UHNW clients.
