KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze market / retailer / shopper insights to drive competitive differentiation strategies across our top tier markets / channels / accounts, and identify new opportunities to reach and engage consumers.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and business acumen to ensure plan is locally relevant, aligned to global brand strategy, and can help Region achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with Regional Commercial teams on upstream ideation to develop robust 360 commercial / marketing program brief with a particular focus on maximizing hero campaigns, accelerating Heroes In The Making, and/or capitalizing on key shopping moments (KSMs) with an emphasis on regional relevancy and new consumer recruitment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both key internal Global and Regional Team counterparts – most notably Product Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Education, Online, Creative, Omni Retail and Visual Merchandising – and outside Creative Agency partners to bring these programs to market. Be the single point of contact for the regions for the development of these locally relevant commercial programs.
  • Cross-pollinate initiatives across affinity regions / Travel Retail to maximize impact and scale across all touchpoints.
  • Use superior project management skills to ensure that initiatives are executed on-time, within budget and deliver quantifiable results to build regional relevancy and brand growth.
  • Share 'best practices' and 'lessons learned' with all regions to optimize competitive stance and Brand performance. Manage and grow the EL-Flix platform.
