Description:
Perform a variety of human resources and financial and administrative assignments, assisting with programs, regulations, policies. Research, collect, write and prepare drafts of materials, and assist with recommendations on a variety of human resources topics. Order flowers and send cards when occasions arise, Prepare correspondence and reports related to human resources. Assist with training, specifically Leadership Development classes. Manage attendee list, produce handout materials and plan meals. Learn the recruiting process and assist in the recruitment of various open positions within the company. Manage online job posting websites (Monster.com, Hcareers.com, Careerbuilder.com). Receive applications from www.concordhotels.com and manage online resumes from jobs@concordhotels.com. Create and maintain the Corporate and General Manager Personnel files and documents. Track hotel property OSHA logs. Prepare New Hire Orientation materials; assist with onboarding activities. Assist with planning and executing company events. Set up and manage the OAD process. Execute the orientation and agenda for new corporate associates. Put together welcome packets for new Concord Managers. Trace early engagement surveys for all new hires – GM Level and above. Track company mentor program. Update all key metrics. Manage benefits data entry. Gather and compile feedback for various performance reviews Set up travel profiles and field questions regarding company travel program. Manage and update the corporate office bulletin board. Conduct and field calls in regard to employment, references. Preparation of documents for legal filings. Run MVR’s where needed. Maintain updated list of GM’s and communicate out to Ceridian, Wells Fargo, ACS, PMA, etc.
