- Provide a high level of executive administrative skills, normally acquired through an accredited college and/or prior work experience. This individual also handles confidential business matters, works independently on special assignments and maintains smooth operation of the office responsibilities of the executive. Operate independently in absence of the Executives, calling on staff when required. Assist and advise the Executives of any problems arising during absence.
- Manage/coordinate Global Functions HR and HR Operations leadership team programs and activities, including status and action logs, timelines, and deliverables. Provide support to coordinate and distribute communications as part of our strategy deployment and customer engagement plans (newsletter, innovation sessions, etc).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of department policies, procedures and department members’ methods of operation to effectively and efficiently conduct duties and responsibilities. Set priorities independently. Often is the point person for department requests for information, requiring knowledge of the people and roles in the organization.
- Manage the Executives’ calendar, responding to requests for time and rescheduling when necessary. Make appointments, domestic and international travel arrangements, assembles packets of information and prepares materials including itineraries.
- Help prepare the executives for department, staff and other meetings including creating agendas, preparing any meeting materials/scorecards and or presentations, scheduling the conference space required, connecting meetings to the required technology, facilitating refreshments and may include managing the budget for these meetings and /or conferences.
- Draft and type non-routine letters, memos, documents and various reports requiring knowledge of methods, procedures, policies and organization for senior management’s signature. This material may require familiarity with commonly used business and technical expressions used by assigned function.
- Receive, sort, distribute, open and screen incoming email, mail and faxes. Categorize and prioritize response needed. Use initiative to prepare responses for signature and to assemble background information from many sources. Summarize lengthy correspondence, highlighting key sentences and topics. Follow up to ensure that proper and timely action is taken.
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval when information is requested or needed.
- Order department office supplies and equipment. Prepare and submit requisitions per KC policy and procedures.
- Manage reconciliation of a corporate credit cards for self and Executives, working with managers/supervisors and senior management to ensure the accuracy/timeliness of expense report submission.
- Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will join the Kimberly Clark Corporate Human Resources Team and report to the VP of Corporate Functions and the Global Head of HR Operations.

- 8 to 10 years or more administrative support in a corporate environment, supporting executive level leaders (i.e., Vice Presidents)
