Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including the Annual Gala, members events, exhibition openings, Happy Art, dinners, and more.
- Obtain quotes for all event-related services.
- Manage invitations and mailings for exhibitions and cultural activities.
- Support museum programs by planning, implementing, and evaluating activities.
- Maintain and manage donor and prospect databases.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets and timelines.
- Achieve attendance and budget goals for events.
- Organize planning meetings and manage catering arrangements.
- Cultivate and solicit business prospects for sponsorships.
- Recognize event sponsors appropriately.
- Liaise with event planners and arrange logistics for rentals, décor, entertainment, and services.
- Provide onsite event organization and oversight on event days.
- Collaborate with the Communications Department for event promotion.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, communications, humanities, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in fundraising, events coordination, client relationship management or related fields. Willingness to work on evenings and weekends when necessary.
