• Plan and execute high-profile events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences 🎤
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure event success 🤝
• Manage vendors, budgets, and event logistics with precision 📋
• Travel across the U.S. and Canada to oversee on-site execution ✈️

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid role: 3 days in office) 🌆
• 3+ years of event management experience, B2B or tech preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills ✨
• Ability to manage multiple events while delivering ROI-focused results
