Description:

Duck Donuts in Ammon, ID, is looking for an energetic Event & Catering Manager to grow and manage catering sales and event planning. If you love food, events, and customer service, this role is a perfect fit! You'll be responsible for developing business relationships, handling event logistics, and ensuring every catering order is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the catering and event business, including corporate orders, private parties, and community events.
  • Manage incoming catering inquiries, provide quotes, and recommend event solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, setup, and delivery.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to drive sales.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Track and report sales performance, working toward revenue goals.
  • Assist in social media and marketing efforts to promote catering and events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple events.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using email, phone, and social media for client outreach.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: $14 per hour
Commission on catering/event sales – unlimited earning potential!
