Minimum Qualifications
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the facilitation of project operations and logistics.
- Assist in the development of research and evaluation instruments.
- Conduct fieldworks, e.g., running record observations, timing and tracking, interviews, intercept and online surveys, and focus groups. It is important for the Evaluation Data Collectors to have a deep understanding of these methods in order to assist with training and managing data collector volunteers.
- Assist in volunteer and staff coordination including providing skill training for volunteers/staff via a gradual release model (shadowing, guided practice, and independent practice), providing training feedback and training clearance results, working with volunteers to determine consistent schedule, and monitoring quality and providing feedback on technical execution.
- Be the able to process data, which may include uploading audio files to transcriptionists, preparing files for quantitative/qualitative data entry, and organizing raw data in preparation for analysis.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations and reports for distribution. This includes proofreading, formatting, and designing data visualizations.
- Support practices for gathering evidence for informed decisions and actions.
- Support ethical treatment of human evaluation and research subjects. Complete related training as required.
