The TEC Group urgently seeks an experienced MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR for its much-valued Mechanical Contracting Client in Colorado.

This is a NATIONAL Commercial and Industrial Mechanical Contractor, a large national firm with tremendous growth opportunities!

The right candidate will possess:

• 2-7 years of Mechanical Estimating Experience in HVAC, Process Piping, and Commercial Plumbing. Looking for candidates that have estimated for healthcare, Pharma, Laboratory, and Institutional / Industrial Projects.

• Experience with estimating software such as Accubid, Autobid, Quickpen, Procore, and Bluebeam.

• Firm grasp of construction field terms, conditions, methodology, timeframes, and scheduling.

• Expert knowledge of interpreting drawings, understanding specifications, and creating bid documents. Must also be able to communicate well with other stakeholders and create presentations.

• Ability to work on multiple estimating projects promptly.
