Estimator

Description:

The role will be primarily responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for ACM and other metal panel projects. As needed, you will also collaborate closely with internal management teams, clients, and architects, to assist in the preconstruction, design, fabrication, and installation of projects.

Responsibilities:

o Assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for aluminum composite material panel fabrication and installation projects.

o Review project specifications, plans, and bid documentation to determine material and labor requirements.

o Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to refine estimates and ensure accuracy.

o Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of project proposals.

o Provide responsive and professional communication to address client inquiries and concerns.
