Description:
- Lead the design and development of environmental graphics projects, including signage, wayfinding, branding, and experiential design
- Create compelling and innovative design concepts that meet client needs and communicate brand identity
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and production staff
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in environmental graphics design
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you…
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, or a related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Needs light to moderate fabrication experience AND working knowledge of fabrication materials (wood, glass, plexi, metal, etc.)
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to clients and team members
- Ability to lead and mentor junior designers and production staff
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional design solutions
- Are able to obtain Secret level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
