Responsibilities
The Office Administrative Assistant will be tasked to:
- Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team
- Be flexible and adaptable as reporting requirements do change
- Learn by example quickly and document/update procedures and forms
- Input data and track data using spreadsheets
- Create and send accurate weekly projections
- Answer inquiries from Dantech Team Members on process and forms
- Follow up with Dantech Team Members to correct submitted information
- Create routine Dantech Team Members hours reports
- Create monthly time and expense projection reports
- Access client and internal applications to ensure that data is correct
- Send regular email reminders about timesheet and invoice due dates
- Ensure the office environment is available, clean, and safe for Dantech Team Members
- Maintain and manage supply inventory
- Procure snacks and beverages as requested by Dantech Leadership
- Plan, schedule, order, and facilitate Team activities (i.e., team lunches, team meetings, corporate events, etc.)
- Answer Dantech phones (as necessary)
- Be friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Support internal projects and office functions
- Completed additional administrative tasks, as requested
