Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Entrepreneurial MBA Program Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and execution of entrepreneurial MBA program at William Jewell College in partnership with One Day. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative skills, expertise in partnership development, experience in advising and recruiting faculty members and teaching in a related program.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Administration:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of entrepreneurial MBA program, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines, quality and effectiveness.
- Manage program budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for operations to ensure an effective program that meets the needs of a diverse student body.
2. Partnership Development:
- Cultivate strategic partnership with One Day to ensure quality and to enhance future program offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program goals with partner objectives.
3.Faculty Recruitment and Advising
- Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified faculty members with expertise in entrepreneurship and related fields.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty, offering resources and mentorship to enhance program delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of faculty performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and continued training of the faculty base
4. Student Recruitment and Advising:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop recruitment strategies for attracting entrepreneurial-minded students.
- Advise students on program requirements, career paths, and opportunities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages student engagement and success.
5. Program Evaluation and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes and enhancements to ensure programs remain current and meet the evolving needs of participants.
- Solicit feedback from faculty, students, and partners to continuously enhance program quality.
6. Teaching in the Program
- Teaching courses in the Entrepreneurial MBA may be included, dependent upon credentials, particularly in the area of project oversight.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Preference given to those with a completed or in progress doctorate degree.
- Proven experience in program coordination and administration.
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective faculty and student engagement.
- Knowledge of entrepreneurial ecosystems and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
